We are a dynamic marketing firm, Next Generation Marketing, seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join our team in the East Bay area. Our company specializes in designing engaging on-site marketing campaigns that bring businesses and buyers together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with client and retail partner guidelines to ensure seamless brand representation.
  • Set up and break down brand displays to maintain a visually appealing retail environment.
  • Communicate the core message of our client's brands directly to consumers, fostering a strong connection.
  • Engage with consumers, educating them to drive sales and promote our client's products.
  • Effectively manage inventory to meet the demands of our retail partners.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in promotional marketing, retail, sales, or customer service.
  • A strong desire to continue learning and developing professional skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and competitive spirit.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods and problem-solve effectively.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of small and large groups.
  • A strong desire to work in the retail/marketing/sales or promotional event field.

As a Marketing Assistant with NGM Marketing, you will have the opportunity to work on-site at various retail locations throughout the East Bay. Upon completion of training, you will receive a competitive base pay with the potential to earn additional commissions based on your performance. Our entry-level associates typically earn $800-$1600 per week.
