Lead Bartender

At The Timber at Holly Branch, we're seeking a skilled and charismatic Lead Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, crafting innovative cocktails, and leading by example.

• Provide top-notch service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
• Manage bar inventory, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with Hotel Management to update cocktail and liquor menus, and manage inventory control.
• Lead and motivate the bar team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall guest experience.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a full-service restaurant environment.
• At least 1 year in a bartending role with a full bar, preferably in a country club, hotel banquet, or fine dining setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol and hold a current TN ABC license or be able to obtain one.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple dining tables and bar seating.
• A team player who can think on their feet and adapt to guest needs and business demands.
