Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Allied Universal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the entire sales process, including prospecting, lead management, proposal development, contract negotiations, and post-close contract implementation.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives, increase market share, and position Allied Universal's comprehensive solutions across diverse industries.
- Build and maintain consultative relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date on industry and market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify innovative business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and marketing departments, to learn about client needs and position Allied Universal's solutions.
- Bachelor's degree with at least three years of outside sales experience in a Business-to-Business environment.
- Associate's degree with at least five years of outside sales experience in a Business-to-Business environment.
- High School diploma with at least fifteen years of outside sales experience in a Business-to-Business environment.
- Team-oriented sales professional with excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, and ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
- Proficient in web-based applications, such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively plan cold calling, in-person client meetings, reporting, and goal achievement.
- Base salary + $450.00 monthly auto allowance + gas card + commission plan + bonus plan.
- Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance.
- Enrollment in our company's 401(k) or Supplemental Income Plan, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days.
- Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
