About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Atlasroofing Stg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with contractors, dealers, distributors, and builders in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations to provide expert advice to customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Regional Sales Managers, Plant Managers, and Account Executives, to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work with contractors and dealers to promote Atlasroofing Stg products and ensure adequate distribution in the assigned market area
  • Participate in joint sales calls with distributor and dealer sales people to drive sales growth and expand market share
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay informed about market trends and competitor activity
  • Design and implement business plans that meet both Atlasroofing Stg and distributor expectations, evaluating customer performance on a quarterly and yearly basis
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the building material industry or at least 4 years in a field sales capacity
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking), bilingual is a plus
  • Professional selling skills, with the ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, employees, and the general public
  • Computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and People Soft
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and government regulations
  • Acts fairly and ethically in all business dealings

  • Four-year degree
