The Homestead is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide high-quality care for our residents in a 18-week assignment.

About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team at The Homestead. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign checks. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with our interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing vital sign checks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and family members
  • Participate in care planning and implementation

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a current LPN license, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A background in long-term care or gerontology would be an asset.
