We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Educator to provide supervision of residents' habilitation programs, structure a therapeutic milieu within the residence, and provide training in daily living skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise residents' habilitation programs and provide training in daily living skills
- Structure a therapeutic milieu within the residence
- Monitor medication distribution and facilitate community integration
- Participate in the provision of crisis care to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness
- Life and/or work experience in providing care to persons with severe and persistent mental illness
- Baccalaureate degree in social work, rehabilitation, psychology, education, or a related human service field
- One year of experience working with persons with severe and persistent mental illness
- Valid NH driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- 35 hour workweek
