Senior Physical Therapist

As a Senior Physical Therapist at JAG Physical Therapy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the rehabilitation journey of our patients. This position requires exceptional clinical expertise, outstanding communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.
About the Role:
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal recovery outcomes. Your expertise will be invaluable in guiding support staff, including PTA's, ATC's, and PT aides, to ensure seamless care delivery. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of training programs and materials to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and record patient data, adhering to regulatory guidelines and reimbursement systems.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, incorporating ongoing evaluations and collaborative input from interdisciplinary teams.
- Conduct thorough assessments, utilizing your expertise to identify areas for improvement and inform treatment strategies.
- Foster positive relationships with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends through ongoing education and professional growth.
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual with a strong foundation in physical therapy. Key qualifications include:
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, or equivalent, with relevant licensure and certifications.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience working with EMR software and adapting to evolving technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing multiple responsibilities.
