We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Pathfinder Inc. in Cabot, providing supportive living services to individuals with unique needs.

About the Job

This is a full-time/part-time position with flexible scheduling options. As a Supportive Living Companion, you will work under immediate supervision, providing individually tailored services and activities within the consumer's home and community.

  • Provides services and activities to the consumer within their home and community as determined by goals and objectives in a person-centered plan.
  • Trains and supports individuals in independent living skills, home management skills, cooking, cleaning, socialization, and other identified skills needed to foster independence.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to provide proof of education and valid driver's license, and maintain compliance with required personnel documents.

Salary: $12.00 per hour
