We are seeking a skilled Physician to lead our team as a Medical Director, responsible for delivering exceptional primary care services to employees through our innovative Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model.

About the Role:

• Provide patient-centered primary care to employees through an Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model
• Leverage technology to provide access to patients and focus on prevention, wellness, and individual patient care
• Foster strong provider-patient relationships through regular appointments and excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, proactive primary care to adults and children
• Partner with local employers or unions to provide comprehensive healthcare services
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes and reduce costs

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics
• Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required; Active state license required; DEA preferred
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date

Salary Range: $230,000 - $280,000 annually, based on geographic location and years of experience and/or skill level.
