Job Title: Deli Receiving Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Deli Receiving Supervisor to join our team at Restaurant Depot. As a key member of our receiving department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all incoming and outgoing merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Verify and record all incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  2. Ensure all UPC numbers and item descriptions are accurate and up-to-date.
  3. Manage and maintain the IBT Seal Log and Goods Received Book.
  4. Coordinate with the Buying and Logistics departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of purchase orders.
  5. Unload, verify, record, and label all cross-dock pickups.
  6. Ensure all safety policies and HACCP guidelines are followed.
  7. Assist in loading and unloading trucks and perform manual labor as needed.
  8. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members and vendors.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  2. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  4. Computer literacy and proficiency in inventory management systems.
  5. Commitment to company values and a strong customer orientation.
