About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Branch Office Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our branch office support staff, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their long-term financial goals.

Job Overview:

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with our financial advisors to provide exceptional personalized service to our clients. You will be responsible for delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs, identifying opportunities to create efficiency, and driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Provide personalized attention to our clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and developing customized solutions to help them achieve success.
  • Broaden Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with our clients, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to deepen and broaden existing client relationships.
  • Manage Multiple Priorities: Effectively manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Technology: Stay current with new office technology, utilizing tools and systems to improve productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Experience: Possess at least 5 years of related financial services, banking, or legal experience, demonstrating job progression and responsibility.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and disability coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off.
