Job Summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our mRNA and Cell Therapy CDMO services team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with pharmaceutical companies, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth in our Advanced Therapies business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities with pharmaceutical companies
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in our mRNA and Cell Therapy business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal partners, and commercial leadership
  • Provide voice-of-customer feedback to internal partners to inform business decisions
  • Travel to visit customers and showcase our Thermo Fisher sites
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in field sales or business development in the life sciences industry
  • 2+ years of experience working within CDMO & CRO
  • Strong knowledge of the clinical drug development process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to articulate solutions to customers as a trusted advisor
