Clinical Nurse 2 Colleague

About the Role:

As a Clinical Nurse 2 Colleague, you will work collaboratively with top clinical, technical, and business professionals across all disciplines to deliver exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care through the application of the nursing process and accept accountability for the nursing care of assigned patients.
- Work closely with the interprofessional healthcare team to facilitate the coordination of care across the continuum.
- Identify and address potential and actual problems and opportunities to provide care that is safe, timely, efficient, effective, and equitable.
- Utilize data and quality improvement methods to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care.
- Participate in the design, review, and evaluation of quality improvement initiatives at the unit level.
Requirements:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Registered Nurse - NJ license.
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
- National Nursing Certification preferred.
Education or Equivalent Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Greater than 15 months professional nursing experience.
