Job Summary
This position assists with the management of community-based work study programs. Key responsibilities include verifying student work hours, performing data entry and administrative tasks, collaborating with projects, distributing materials, responding to student inquiries, and coordinating student leadership meetings.
Responsibilities
* Ensure accurate verification of student work hours
* Perform data entry and administrative tasks as required
* Contribute to projects within the Center for Community Engaged Learning
* Transport supplies or forms to various locations
* Respond to student communications and address questions
* Organize student leadership meetings
Qualifications
* Currently enrolled at Weber State University
* Maintain enrollment status of 6+ credits during summer semester and 12+ credits during fall and spring semesters
* Hold a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher
* Eligible for work-study program
Desirable Skills
* Proficiency in using basic computer software (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets)
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Organizational skills with attention to detail
* Leadership and management capabilities
* Meet deadlines consistently
* Possess reliable transportation with a valid driver's license
* Eligible for work-study program
Compensation Details
The estimated annual compensation for this role ranges from $25,000 to $30,000, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
