Sales Specialist Millwork

Job Summary:
Lowe's is seeking a Sales Specialist Millwork to join our team. As a Sales Specialist Millwork, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to customers in the millwork department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on millwork products and services.
- Ensure that displayed merchandise is accurately represented and up-to-date.
- Engage in safe work practices and operate store equipment properly.
- Execute orders and projects in the millwork department.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of external experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe's retail experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience entering and submitting customer sales orders, including Special Order Sales.
- 2 years of experience identifying and selling products based on customer needs or plans.
- 2 years of experience in providing customer service, including identifying and resolving customer complaints.
- 2 years of experience following up on outstanding or incomplete customer orders, sales, or installs.
- 1 year of experience promoting product-related services and plans.
- 2 years of experience in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics.
- 1 year of employment with Lowe's as a Sales Specialist.
- 1 year of experience in a trade directly related to Millwork.
Pay Range: $23.80 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
