About the Role

Imagineeer LLC is seeking a highly skilled Agile Development Project Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful completion of over five software development projects each year, utilizing .Net, JAVA, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and SQL components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the successful completion of over 5 software development projects per year utilizing .Net, JAVA, HTML, CSS, Javascript and SQL components.
  • Serve as the facilitator/coach for several agile development teams.
  • Provide Technical Writing expertise.
  • Risk Management duties.
  • Ticket Support keeping customers up to date and resolving issues by KB articles and/or developers.
  • Report progress to all stakeholders through Sprint Burn-Down Reports, Iteration Burn-Down reports and velocity target updates.
  • Operate in 2 week sprints with the flexibility on length base on immediate functionality concerns.
  • Participate and oversee entering User Stories into Collaborative Lifecycle Management tool (CLM).
  • Facilitate stakeholders, AMS Management, and the CST GTM at monthly product meetings to establish the priority for requirements at the respective stage of the lifecycle.
  • Communicate to AMS Management and product team members all status, metrics, needs, delivery issues and challenges related to the product.
  • Manage within the AMS Team the scheduling of all tasks, meetings and action items related to the product.
  • Resolve conflict, improve morale, and establish clear goals by effectively managing timelines and shared resources with special emphasis on building relationships across teams.
  • Manage the backlog grooming, release and sprint planning, daily standups, impediment removals.
  • Perform any additional duties per the role of Project Manager.
  • Liaison between software development team and business owners. Able to take business requirements into technical details and vice versa for feature and user story writing.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years experience in all phases of the agile development cycle
  • 2-4 years experience of managing multiple agile projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience as a Product Manager a plus.
  • Experience as a Product Owner a plus.
  • Experience in a role as Ticket Support analyst using CRM systems is a plus.
  • 3+ years of technical background such as software testing, software development, or server operations support.
  • Must be proficient with Office 365 tools. Excel experience is a must.
  • 4+ years proven experience as a liaison between technical team and business owners. Ability to take business requirements and translate into technical user stories and features.
  • College degree or 10 years experience
  • Certified Scrum Master (SCM) or equivalent preferred
