Job Overview

Prevailance is seeking a skilled professional to support Surface Combat Systems' Training Command (SCSTC) in Dahlgren, Virginia as an Infrastructure Analyst. The successful candidate will provide technical support in developing plans for upkeep or replacement of existing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Performing building and support equipment analysis
  • Conducting analysis of existing systems to provide technical support in developing plans for upkeep or replacement
  • Providing briefs on findings of building and support equipment
  • Developing a working relationship with assigned facilities personnel to ensure their training facility needs are met
  • Providing input on quotes for facilities and developing a statement of work

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Experience in reviewing infrastructure documents to identify impacts to facilities, training space, equipment, HVAC, electrical, water, air, etc.
  • Ability to analyze, investigate, and develop maintenance plans for MILCON, Sustainment, Restoration, and/or facility modernization projects
  • Initiating, tracking status, and closing facility projects in available databases
  • Providing on-site facility assessment as required
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint

Prior Navy experience with facilities management is desired.

High School Graduate

Clearance:

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
