Job Title: Quality Control Manager

About the Role:

Doyon Limited, Doyon Drilling, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to join our team. As a Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control plans for construction projects
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols
  • Provide training and guidance to quality control inspectors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction quality control
  • Experience working on construction projects with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and/or the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC)
  • Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) certification or ability to obtain/renew

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong proficiency in USACE Quality Control System (QCS) and/or Resident Management System (RMS)
