Job Summary

">

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Account Manager with supervisory, training, and operations functions at assigned posts. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Assist with coordinating technical and managerial aspects of executing security contracts at assigned locations.">
  • Assign work tasks to Security Professionals and direct their work throughout the day.">
  • Supervise, motivate, coach, and train Security Professionals to ensure excellent performance and customer satisfaction.">
  • Evaluate the work performance of Security Professionals and make recommendations regarding assignments.">
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and logs generated by and for the Security Department.">
  • Respond to minor incidents and ensure timely completion of reports and notifications.">
  • Identify personnel problems and forward issues to Account Manager or Field Supervisor as needed.">
  • Administer counseling or disciplinary actions as directed by management.">
  • Perform other duties as required to support the success of the team.">

    • Requirements:">
      • ">
      • High school diploma or equivalent required.">
      • Minimum three to five years of professional-level experience in the security industry, law enforcement, or military.">
      • Possess a valid state Guard License and maintain current active status at all times.">
      • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if applicable).">
      • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize multiple competing assignments, and manage deadlines effectively.">
      • Strong customer service orientation and effective conflict resolution skills.">
      • Professional articulation and use of good independent judgment and discretion.">
      • Ability to train and coach others and enforce post orders, security standards, and company policies equitably and consistently.">
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.">
      • Availability to work outside normal shift schedules on an as-needed basis and be accessible by phone or pager 24/7 for emergency response.">

About the Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $40,750, based on industry standards and market rates. Please note that actual salaries may vary depending on location and individual qualifications.
