As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive clinical care to transplant patients and donors in the pre-, peri-, and post-transplant phases of care. This role requires exceptional critical thinking, interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize and make proactive decisions.

The Transplant Surgery Advanced Practice Provider will function primarily in the inpatient setting, caring for acute and chronically ill patients listed for transplant, perioperative of the transplant procedure and post-transplant up to 4 months. You will support transplant surgery, transplant nephrology, and transplant hepatology teams, working with adult and pediatric patients with complex surgical diseases and disorders of the liver, pancreas, and kidney.

We require a skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider with experience in Acute Care board certification. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you must have a DEA license, be eligible for prescriptive authority application through the Board of Nursing or Medical Board in NC, and hold BLS for Healthcare Provider from AHA.

**Salary:** $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
