We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Health Systems Management, Inc.

About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with HSM, you will be responsible for providing prescribed medical treatment and dialysis treatment to patients. Your highly professional and technical nursing skills will ensure direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to achieve high standards of care
  • Ensure a secure and safe patient environment by following safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current LPN licensure appropriate to the state of practice
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work a flexible schedule

Schedule: The position requires a 40-hour workweek with four ten-hour days, including every other Saturday.
