EHS and HR Manager Position

HTi LLC is seeking an experienced EHS and HR Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and managing key Human Resources (HR) administrative processes within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our safety programs and policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure proper mitigation plans are in place.
- Actively promote and cultivate a safety-first culture by engaging with employees at all levels to ensure safety practices are followed and understood.
- Conduct safety training and awareness programs to educate employees on the importance of safety in the workplace.
- Lead initiatives to enhance safety communication and recognition programs to promote positive safety behaviors.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations, such as hazardous material handling and waste disposal, and maintain necessary permits.
- Prepare and submit required EHS regulatory reports (OSHA logs, environmental permits, etc.).
- Manage and oversee the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate payment of wages, benefits, and deductions.
- Address payroll-related questions and resolve any issues related to pay discrepancies, tax withholdings, and timekeeping.
- Serve as a liaison for employee relations issues, addressing concerns and conflicts with a focus on maintaining a productive, positive, and safe workplace.
