Powder Systems Technician

We are seeking a skilled Powder Systems Technician to join our team at Sterling Engineering Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including powder coating guns, controllers, and associated equipment.
- Diagnose and maintain PLC and HMI systems, as well as electrical circuits and pneumatic compressor systems.
- Operate fork trucks and aerial lifts safely and proficiently.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective equipment operation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on safety and quality.
