About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our interdisciplinary team at Soar Autism Center. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based services to young children with autism and their families.



About the Job


The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and delivering naturalistic therapy for children aged 2-6 years in our center-based setting. This will involve conducting multidisciplinary assessments, creating treatment plans in coordination with other clinical specialties (speech, OT, ABA, psychology), and monitoring client progress.



Key Responsibilities


Key responsibilities include:



  • Design and implement services based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based form of therapy
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care team meetings, including speech, occupational therapy, and mental health services
  • Monitor client progress, update treatment plans and goals, and communicate needed changes to team members and families
  • Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, and communicate progress
  • Coach and support families in their journey


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • A minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience in ABA early intervention

  • Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing
  • Fluency in navigating devices such as computers and tablets
