Senior Large Enterprise Sales Professional

At Paycor, we're passionate about helping our clients build winning teams and great places to work. As a Major Market Sales Executive, Upmarket, you'll be an expert in large and complex deals, offering an enhanced sales experience due to your specialization.
About the RoleThis is a highly rewarding opportunity for a self-starter who is responsible for achieving assigned monthly and annual sales quota. You'll identify potential clients with 500+ employees through prospecting activities, consult with them to determine the optimal solutions to solve business challenges, and present Paycor products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect for new business opportunities within the higher employee band and more complex end of the midmarket space.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with assigned referral sources.
- Analyze current practices of potential clients and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed agreed upon sales activity and sales targets.
- Record all sales activity and results in Salesforce.com (SFDC) in a timely manner.
To perform this job successfully, you'll need:
- 3-6 years' experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success.
- Able to excel in a fast-paced work environment without direct daily supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

- A competitive base salary of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
