Responsibilities:
- Provide expert knowledge and appraisal of all OR nursing functions
- Orient all surgery center employees to policies and procedures
- Perform evaluations for all surgery center staff
- Manage facility policies and procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, CRNAs, and MCHS administration to ensure high standards of care and safety

Requirements:
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Washington State Registered Nurse license (RN)
- Current BLS Certification required
- Minimum three (3) years increasingly responsible management experience

Salary Expectations:
We offer a competitive salary range of $62,500 - $90,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
