Job OverviewThis is an excellent opportunity to make a lasting impact on students' educational journeys while working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure the integration of students with special needs into mainstream classrooms.
- Provide direct instruction and interventions to students, both individually and in small groups.
- Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to support student success.
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Valid Intervention Specialist licensure for the state of Ohio.
- Proven experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing IEPs, collaborating with general education teachers, and providing direct instruction and interventions to students.
