We are seeking a motivated and charismatic Server Representative to join our local Kona Ice team. As a Server Representative, you will be responsible for providing superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracy. You will also be required to comply with hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines, perform basic cleaning of trucks/warehouse, and complete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrive safely to scheduled events and greet customers courteously
  • Provide exceptional customer service with speed and accuracy
  • Comply with hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines
  • Perform basic cleaning of trucks/warehouse
  • Complete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking
  • Must be able to read, count, and accurately complete documentation
  • Communicate maintenance & inventory needs to appropriate staff
