We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at Physicians Hearing Network, the largest and fastest-growing provider of hearing services exclusive to medical practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct hearing screenings for adult patients using state-of-the-art equipment.
  • Accurately record and report screening results, collaborating with hearing healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to patient records and equipment maintenance as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting required.
  • Previous experience in hearing healthcare a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
