Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Manager to join our team in Boston. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading construction projects from conception to completion.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with experience managing complex projects and teams. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
- Oversee project operations - coordinating workload, schedules, budgeting, and more
- Lead potential business development meetings and proposals
- Travel is minimal, mostly revolving around client meetings or job site visits every so often
- Meet with C-level and board executives to review office standings and future needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or related field preferred
- 10+ years of construction experience
- 5+ years of Project Management experience (AEC background)
- Experience managing clients within Life Sciences, Healthcare, Academic, or related
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
What We Offer
- Base salary up to $140,000
