**Job Summary**

This role involves processing servicing requests, gathering supporting documentation, reviewing and negotiating SBA Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loan documents while protecting our interests. You will manage a loan portfolio from approval until pay-off or maturity and collaborate with Relationship Managers as a liaison with attorneys, construction consultants, and title company representatives.

The typical loan portfolio includes construction and term loans, unsecured and secured Express borrowing base lines of credit, subscription lines, and other complex loan products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Servicing Requests
  • Identify and gather supporting documentation and information
  • Review and/or negotiate SBA CRE loan documents
  • Manage a loan portfolio from approval until pay-off or maturity
  • Partner with Relationship Managers as a liaison with attorneys, construction consultants, and title company representatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in commercial real estate loan administration or at least seven years of transferable experience in commercial loan administration
  • Thorough knowledge of SBA and commercial real estate lending, including transactions secured by multiple collateral properties
  • Demonstrated ability to close commercial real estate loans
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel)
  • Knowledge of nCino preferred
  • Ability to meet requirements to be commissioned as a Notary Public

Pay Range:** $64,685.00 - $83,710.00**
