Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech therapy services to our home care clients with speech and language problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnostic tests, and skilled procedures for clients to identify their unique needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Complete assessments within 48 hours of referral to ensure timely intervention and optimal outcomes.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly review therapy care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Accurately document findings, plans, interventions, and outcomes within 7 days to maintain a clear record of client progress and inform future treatment decisions.
Requirements:
  • A Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Certification to practice Speech-Language Pathology, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare or a related field, providing evidence of your ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Current CPR certification, ensuring you can respond promptly and safely in emergency situations.
