Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Security Operations to join our team at Ada Infrastructure. As a key member of our global security operations team, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing the company's physical security policies, processes, and standards for data center facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to develop and manage global physical security operational policies, processes, and standards.
  • Presentation of company standards and programs to potential customers and understanding their specific physical security requirements.
  • Partnership with Design, Delivery, and IT teams to assist in development of physical security design, security equipment, tools, systems, and enhancement of security systems.
  • Development and enforcement of security protocols to safeguard physical access to data centers.
  • Selection of global and regional physical security vendor partners for data center security services.
  • Management of security vendor partners through recurring business reviews and quality control processes.
  • Development of Physical Security Risk Matrix and Maturity Program.
  • Commissioning of physical security programs with Design, Construction, and Delivery Teams.
  • Audits and assessments to verify compliance with physical security and operational standards.
  • Innovative approaches to physical security including use of new technology, AI, and Robotics.
  • Global security training programs based on operational policies, processes, and standards.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within operations and security teams.
About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned security professional to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data center physical security or technology security and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a management capacity.
