About the Job

This position reports to the Talent Development Manager and requires strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies. You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, create learning initiatives, and deliver effective training solutions across the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement engaging learning and development programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, and coaching sessions.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to assess training needs and identify skill gaps.
  • Develop and implement career development plans and pathways for employees at all levels.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Support the onboarding process by creating and delivering orientation programs for new hires.
  • Facilitate leadership development programs to cultivate high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
  • Partner with the HR team to ensure alignment between talent development initiatives and overall business strategy.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in program administration, talent development, or a related field, with a strong track record of managing logistical details and supporting program delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Experience designing and implementing a variety of learning and development programs.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and create reports on training effectiveness.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and other HR software.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets, generate reports, and present data visually.
