**Job Overview**

University Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Legislative Support Assistant - Tech Help Specialist.

The successful candidate will provide technical support to Legislative staff, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and maintain accurate records of requests and resolutions.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide telephone support for Legislative staff, diagnosing and solving problems related to networks, software, hardware, and peripherals.
  • Evaluate calls to determine the best course of action and escalate when necessary.
  • Prioritize calls and ensure timely resolution.
  • Document requests, issues, and resolutions in a ticketing system.
  • Create knowledge base articles to assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Experience in customer service or technical support.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications and Windows operating systems.

**Working Conditions**

This is a part-time, temporary position with flexible work hours and a minimum of 20 hours per week. The selected candidate must be able to work in a hybrid office and remote environment.

**Salary Information**

The estimated salary range for this position is $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
