Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic services and develop personalized treatment plans for clients of all ages. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide hands-on occupational therapy services to clients with various conditions.
  • Educate clients and their families on exercises and activities to improve daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
  • Valid Minnesota Occupational Therapist license.
  • Experience in providing occupational therapy services, particularly in a clinical or educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
