Program Manager

MedMark Treatment Centers is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead clinical operations and drive growth in our Opiate Treatment Program. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinic management, regulatory compliance, and staff supervision.

Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(K), as well as generous paid time off and excellent growth and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead clinical operations and manage OTP clinic performance to budgeted/planned results.
- Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, managing, counseling, and terminating subordinate personnel.
- Maintain regulatory compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA, and other relevant bodies.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives, operational efficiencies, and strategic plans to drive census growth and meet regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the OTP Medical Director, Psychiatric consultant, Compliance Manager, and QA/QI activities to ensure quality patient care, customer service, and operational enhancement.
- Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program.
- Bachelor's degree (in business administration or related) from an accredited college or university.
- Understanding of clinic operations, substance abuse treatment, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage personnel.
