Job Overview

Novan Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Ballantyne Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. As a Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our healthcare team to deliver remarkable results.

About the Role
This is a full-time position working night shifts from 7pm-7am. The successful candidate will have a valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact license and at least one year of relevant experience. A graduate degree in nursing is preferred but not required.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
• Establish authentic, personalized relationships with patients and their support systems
• Provide exceptional patient care and promote optimal health outcomes
• Lead the healthcare team to deliver remarkable results and improve patient satisfaction

Benefits
• Competitive salary range: $65,000-$90,000 per year
