Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to influence and drive progress within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications and requests, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
  • Review and prepare legal documents and contracts, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met, working closely with team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide support and assistance to other departments as required, demonstrating a team-oriented approach.
  • Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks, ensuring continuous movement and progress on key initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
  • Previous experience as an executive assistant, with a strong preference for candidates with real estate experience.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to effectively communicate with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Energetic, proactive, and eager to contribute to company growth, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
