This role offers a competitive estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous compensation package, benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans to meet those needs
  • Documenting patient care and progress in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Educating patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques

Requirements:

  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • At least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience, preferably in pediatrics
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to travel to patient homes in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in home healthcare or pediatric settings
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records and documentation software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
