Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and participate in sales promotions.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Prior retail or sales experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing situations, and prioritize tasks.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, to meet business needs.
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems to accurately process transactions.

Compensation and Benefits:
