Job Summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Sumter, SC. As a key member of our team, you will work with a diverse caseload of students from PreK to High school, providing personalized therapeutic interventions to enhance their functional abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to promote students' occupational performance and independence.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow therapists to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
  • Monitor and document progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting processes to support student success.

Requirements:

  • Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist in South Carolina.
  • Experience working with diverse student populations and a commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments.
  • Ability to travel for in-home visits and school consultations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication abilities.
