We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate infant caregiver to join our team at Wyndy LLC in Collegeville, MN. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of infants.

About the Role

As an infant caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and nurturing to our youngest clients. Your primary focus will be on creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that promotes healthy development and well-being.

You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the individual needs of each infant. Your passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and ability to follow directions will be invaluable assets in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and nurturing to infants, including feeding, bathing, and soothing.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and engaging environment that promotes physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to create personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each infant.
  • Maintain accurate records of infant progress and communicate effectively with parents/guardians.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in infant care.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
