Compelling Opportunity for a Pool Maintenance Professional

Blue Science, LLC is a leading pool service company in Texas and Florida, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional pool care and craftsmanship. As a rapidly growing organization, we are seeking an individual to join our team as a Pool Maintenance Professional.

This customer-facing role involves servicing and maintaining pools, inspecting equipment, and managing customer expectations on a daily basis. In return, Blue Science, LLC will provide you with a company truck to drive on your routes, a gas card for all gas expenses, and excellent career growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and customer service skills, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and the capacity to work outside year-round in various conditions. Water competency, including the ability to swim, is also essential. Mechanical aptitude and pool experience are preferred but not required.

The salary for this position is $850 per week, comprising a base pay of $600 and a weekly bonus of $250. The job type is full-time, with the opportunity to work Monday through Friday and occasional weekend shifts. Benefits include weekly direct deposit, a company truck and gas card, Blue Cross Blue Shield healthcare insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with a 4% company match, and profit sharing.
