We are seeking an experienced Fencing Instructor to join our team at Concorde Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a fencing curriculum tailored to the students' skill levels and interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a comprehensive fencing curriculum that focuses on technique, strategy, and sportsmanship.
• Lead fencing sessions, focusing on fundamentals, advanced techniques, and safety protocols.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment that promotes teamwork and discipline.
• Assess students' fencing skills and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with other instructors and program coordinators to integrate the fencing curriculum into broader educational offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of fencing techniques, rules, and safety standards, with experience in both instruction and active competition.
• Ability to design and implement a fencing curriculum that is age-appropriate, engaging, and educational.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain techniques and strategies to students.
