Gentiva Hospice is a leading provider of hospice care, palliative care, and home health services. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality care to patients and their families, and we are seeking a Registered Nurse Regional Support to join our team.
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide support to our hospice patients and their families in the New England region. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospice care and a strong understanding of the needs of patients and families.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's family
- Manage an interdisciplinary group consisting of Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and support staff to enhance the quality of hospice care
- Case manages all assigned patient clinical records
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current license to practice nursing in the state of requested employment
- A minimum of one (1) year experience, either in oncology, long-term care, or hospice or home health. School internships and clinical hours may be considered as experience in individual cases.
