Executive Administrative Support Specialist

As a valued member of the U.S. Army Joint Munitions Command team, we are seeking an Executive Administrative Specialist to provide exceptional support to our Senior Executive Service-Level Deputy to the Commander and Chief of Staff. This critical role involves providing administrative functions and executive support to ensure seamless operations within our organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative functions and executive support to the Senior Executive Service-Level Deputy to the Commander.
- Serving as liaison between government or non-government officials and the Deputy to the Commander.
- Composing and maintaining accurate correspondence and office products (calendar invites, contact rosters, etc.) in accordance with Command policies.
- Managing the Deputy to the Commander's operating schedule and daily calendar for meetings and engagements.
- Creating travel arrangements and itineraries for the Deputy to the Commander's official travel.

Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this position is $68,123 - $122,087 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. Salary includes applicable locality pay or Local Market Supplement.
Additionally, you will be required to undergo a one-year trial/probationary period and may be eligible for student loan repayment, advanced in-hire rate, relocation, recruitment, or advanced leave accrual incentives.
