Job Title: Travel CT Technologist

Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a skilled Travel CT Technologist to join our team for a 13-week contract in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CT Technologist to work in a fast-paced medical environment. As a Travel CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to infection control protocols
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements

To be successful as a Travel CT Technologist, you will need:

  • A degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography
  • Experience working with CT scanners and other imaging equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
