Administrative Support Representative

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Representative to join our team at D.H. Pace Company, Inc.
**Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year**, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the RoleThis is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills to perform various administrative tasks, including billing functions, customer service, and office operations.
**Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support in daily office functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Create and manage customer invoices, meeting daily and monthly goals.
- Answer customer calls and emails, entering daily service requests in a timely manner.
- Receive and process check and credit card payments, maintaining accurate records.
- Set up and maintain customer account information, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Contribute to team building and community outreach activities, fostering a positive work environment.
- Perform monthly credit card reconciliations, ensuring financial accuracy.
- Upload contract documents to the company website for review and final agreement.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Expert attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Prioritize tasks and possess strong analytical skills, making informed decisions.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills, with experience in billing and AR/AP systems preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
