We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Magical Moments ABA. As an RBT, you will work with clients on the Autism spectrum, providing direct service in their homes or schools.

The treatment program will follow the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), occurring under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You will be responsible for providing direct instruction and programs to increase communication, daily living skills, social skills, play skills, and more.

Additionally, you will manage challenging behaviors, support clients with Autism in various settings, and communicate effectively with the client, family, and therapy team.

Our ideal candidate has a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, 1+ years of experience, knowledge of general ABA practices, and a valid driver's license.

This is a part-time position with flexible schedules and opportunities for professional development.
